Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road

it's not my first experience with them..but every time i stayed there , They still maintain the level of comfort they provide for accommodation and that's what I like.

Staff and customer service were excellent. The selection and quality of breakfast options were good with fresh squeezed fruit juices and eggs made to order. The selection of gym equipment was also really good for a hotel gym, but I would suggest more dumbbells and free weights.

a truly amazing stay. we booked a twin room as a holiday to celebrate my birthday and it was incredibly big, the beds were closer to double beds there was a lovely view of the gulf. the front desk team decorated my room with balloons and left me a lovely card wishing me a happy birthday when we arrived, and were so lovely throughout. the cleanliness is the very best and you can tell that housekeeping take their roles seriously. the views on the sky lounge are amazing and the bar was an amazing experience. the location is perfectly situated in the middle of dubai, about a 5min drive from the mall and surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and a few cash machines. i’ve visited this hotel before in one big trip and i am so glad i got to come here again. definitely a loyal stay for whenever i go to dubai and i’ll forever recommend it!!

Great staff, cleanliness a room (not a balcony), location

I would wholeheartedly give Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai the highest rating for its ability to facilitate relaxation during travel. The hotel's strategic location, top-notch amenities, and warm, accommodating staff collectively create an environment that is immensely comfortable and free of stress for guests. Moreover, the breathtaking rooftop views add an extra layer of splendor to the overall experience, making it an exceptional choice for a tranquil stay in Dubai. I would like to add that despite its compact size, the rooftop pool was practically deserted. The hotel also boasts a rooftop bar serving refreshing drinks. We were even offered transportation to the beach and the shopping mall. The check-in and check-out process was an absolute pleasure; the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you!
